  • Collaborate with the primary storage administrator to maintain a 350+ Petabyte hierarchical storage system, addressing user issues, and ensuring system reliability through proactive hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
  • Work alongside a senior colleague to patch and upgrade the Linux-based IT environment and HPC cluster of a small aerospace company, fulfilling requests and enhancing system performance. Recently focusing heavily on security to prep for DoD work.
  • Previously worked on integration of new systems into customer locations for Dell, managing the setup from bare metal to fully configured clusters using Bright Cluster Management software. Diverse software stack and hardware platforms.
  • Previously deployed and benchmarked High Performance Compute systems for a Fortune 100 aerospace company utilizing a sophisticated software stack (RHEL 7 & 8, xCaT, Lustre, Slurm) on HPE Apollo 2000s & Clusterstor E1000s, deploying an image that was previously created by a senior member of our staff.
